1. Data Controller
Mani Forme ApS (CVR 46501241), Lille Torv 2A, 1. th., 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark ("we", "us", "Mani") is the data controller for personal data collected through the Mani platform (website and mobile app).

2. What We Collect

3. Third-Party Processors
- Supabase (Frankfurt, EU) — database, authentication, and issuing of login codes and password resets
- Resend (US, EU SCCs; mails are sent from an EU region) — delivery of the login code emails that Supabase issues. Resend receives your email address and nothing else.
- Stripe (EU) — payment processing
- Klaviyo (US, EU SCCs) — email delivery. Klaviyo receives the name and email address of every member, not only waitlist sign-ups, because it delivers the service emails we send about your membership and bookings.
- Google (EU) — OAuth sign-in (optional)
We do not sell your data. Data transferred outside the EU is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.
4. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law (e.g. invoicing records for 5 years under Danish bookkeeping rules).
Waitlist data is retained until we launch and you either create an account or unsubscribe.
5. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time

You may also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

1. About Mani
Mani is a Reformer Pilates booking platform operated by Mani Forme ApS (CVR 46501241), Lille Torv 2A, 1. th., 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark. By using our website or mobile app, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person.
3. Memberships and Payments
- Memberships are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are in DKK and include VAT.
- Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial periods.
- We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change applies.
4. Booking and Cancellation
- Class bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation in the app.
- If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. You will be automatically promoted if a spot opens up.
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations and no-shows may count against your booking allowance.
5. Punch Cards
Individual classes may be purchased without a membership via punch cards. Each punch card provides a fixed number of class credits. Punch card purchases are non-refundable once a class has been attended.
6. Conduct
You agree to arrive on time, follow studio rules, and treat instructors and other members with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for inappropriate behavior.
7. Health Disclaimer
Reformer Pilates is a physical activity. You participate at your own risk. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program if you have health concerns. Mani is not responsible for injuries sustained during classes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Mani platform (design, text, logos, software) is owned by Eighty2 A/S and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mani is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Aarhus, Denmark.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
